Missing Delivery?

Here's what you can do:


  • Check your tracking info! You should have received a USPS tracking number via email after ordering.
  • Carefully review each step in the delivery proccess. Your package may simply have been marked "return to sender."
  • In that case, email hello@themermanco.com for a refund or re-shipment to an updated address


  • If your tracking reports as "delivered" there's not much The Merman can do for you, but you have a few options.
  • Double check to see if you provided the correct shipping address.
  • In the case your shipping address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for verifying the correct info at checkout and may not be refunded.


  • Contact your local USPS office either in person or over the phone with your tracking info and proof of purchase.
  • In most cases they are able to provide you with the GPS coordinates of the last delivery location.
  • As the seller, The Merman no longer has access to that information, because the package is now buyer property.

  • If they are unable to assist, you may submit an insurance claim to USPS for the full cost of your order at this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#
  • If you feel your package has been stolen, contact your local police department and file a stolen package report.
