Missing Delivery?
Here's what you can do:
1st
Check your tracking info! You should have received a USPS tracking number via email after ordering. Carefully review each step in the delivery proccess. Your package may simply have been marked "return to sender." In that case, email hello@themermanco.com for a refund or re-shipment to an updated address
2nd
If your tracking reports as "delivered" there's not much The Merman can do for you, but you have a few options. Double check to see if you provided the correct shipping address. In the case your shipping address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for verifying the correct info at checkout and may not be refunded.
3rd
Contact your local USPS office either in person or over the phone with your tracking info and proof of purchase. In most cases they are able to provide you with the GPS coordinates of the last delivery location. As the seller, The Merman no longer has access to that information, because the package is now buyer property. Submit a missing mail form to USPS at this link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm If they are unable to assist, you may submit an insurance claim to USPS for the full cost of your order at this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm# If you feel your package has been stolen, contact your local police department and file a stolen package report.
