Returns
Start your return HERE within 30 days of receiving your order to start your return.
Please note: Any used or opened cosmetic and personal care products may not be returned for refund. View our full return policy here.
For any orders damaged in transit, lost in transit, returned to sender, with incorrect addresses, or requesting to cancel an order, please DO NOT submit a return. Instead, email us directly at hello@themermanco.com . These issues must be reviewed directly via email.
Cancel My Order
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Please double check your address before changing your order, as it may be impossible for us to correct it in time and will not be refunded.

Damaged In Transit
Email support directly at hello@themermanco.com with photos of your damaged goods for an immediate replacement or refund! Please do not submit a return, as this issue must be resolved directly via email.
Qualifying orders include: Smashed or broken bottles, tins, and tubes, leaked product, destroyed labels, etc. Please note: Customers must send emails with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order to qualify for refund or replacement to mitigate false claims.
**Changes in weather may impact your products during transit.
SPRAY: Some natural separation in the Spray is to be expected, especially during cold seasons, due to the natural coconut oil. Warm to room temp and shake well.
Each spray bottle is filled with either 8oz or 2oz of product. Some space is left intentionally unfilled to prevent bursting bottles in the case of freezing during transit.
Spray that has significantly leaked, burst, and/or damaged the label may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
CLAY: During warmer months, clay or lip balm may melt and/or reform due to its low melting point and all natural ingredients. These products are still perfectly functional.
All clay tins are always filled with 2oz of product. This may not fill the entire tin, as product is based off of weight and not volume.
Delivery Issues
Occasionally, products may show up damaged from delivery. Please email hello@themermanco.com with photos of the damage for a free replacement or refund! Please do not submit a return, as this issue must be resolved directly via email.
Note: it is the customer responsibility to provide a viable address and ensure the reception of Merman packages. Lost orders due to incorrect addresses are not refundable.
Orders marked "return to sender" may have their products resent. Email us at hello@themermanco.com to solve this issue.
